Welcome to Angela's Tailz Mobile Dog Grooming. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

  1. Services

    • Service Description: We offer professional grooming services for dogs, including Full Groom and Mini Groom packages.

    • Service Area: We provide services within Nenagh and surrounding areas of up to 30 minutes drive. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area. We do not cover city center areas due to limited parking availability.

  2. Booking and Appointments

    • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online at www.angelastailz.com or by email.

    • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS within 24 hours of booking.

    • Arrival: Our van will arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled appointment time. Please note times may vary due to traffic, road conditions or extended care during the previous appointment.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Cancellations: Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you need to cancel your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another customer. Please note that genuine emergencies are exempt from the 3-day rule. A €30 late-cancellation fee applies for cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice and must be settled before the next appointment.

    • Rescheduling: Can be done up to 48 hours before the appointment without any additional charge.

  4. Payment

    • Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change.

    • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Revolut payments. The full payment is due upon completion of services.

    • Card Payment Fee: A fee of 3% of the total price will be added for card payments.

    • Receipts: Digital receipts will be provided via email per requested.

  5. Pet Health and Safety

    • Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.

    • Behavior: Inform us of any behavioral issues your pet may have. We reserve the right to refuse service to animals with aggressive behavior.

    • Health Issues: We are not responsible for any pre-existing health conditions or issues that arise during grooming.

    • Parasites: For the safety of all dogs, pets must arrive completely free from fleas.
      If fleas are discovered during the appointment, the groom will need to be stopped immediately and a €20 sanitation fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and fumigation of the van.

  6. Liability

    • Damage or Injury: We take the utmost care in handling your pets. However, Angela's Tailz is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during or after grooming.

    • Property Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to your property caused by your pet.

  7. Privacy and Data Protection

    • Data Collection: We collect necessary personal and pet information for service delivery and communication purposes.

    • Data Usage: Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

    • Security: We implement strict security measures to protect your data.

    • Pet Photos: By signing the Client Information Form, you consent to the use of your pet's pictures on our social media, website, and other platforms.

  8. Complaints and Feedback

    • Feedback: We welcome your feedback to improve our services. You can submit feedback through our website, Google reviews, or Facebook.

    • Complaint Resolution: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly address your concerns. While we strive for perfection, please note that the final result may vary based on your pet's condition and behavior.

  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • Updates: We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

    • Notification: You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
